Shipping and Delivery Information

All orders are shipped with Movianto and you will be emailed with updates and tracking information directly by the courier.

Our UK delivery options are as follows:

£12.00 + VAT Standard next working day delivery. Orders above £200.00 ex VAT will be eligible for free next working day delivery. Please note orders must be placed by 14:30 PM to be eligible for next day delivery. 

On occasions, we may process and dispatch orders faster than the advertised times but this is not guaranteed.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order on time we will contact you as soon as possible and depending on the circumstances you may receive a refund on delivery.

It is possible that on occasions delivery takes longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or industrial action.

If your delivery hasn’t arrived within 1 working day after receiving order dispatch confirmation please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into and resolve the issue.

Delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Highlands/Islands

Please note that we are unable to offer free next-day delivery to these locations due to extended shipping times, which typically take two days.

When placing an order, please select the “Pay on Account” option, and we will calculate the delivery charge based on your location, parcel size, and whether the order contains cold chain products.

Cold Chain Products

Cold Chain shipping is £25.00.

At this time, we are unable to ship Cold Chain products to Northern Ireland.

Transport Temperature Monitor Logger Instructions

Please check transit temperatures before using the product. If the temperature has gone below 2 degrees or above 8 degrees, please contact our customer service team on 01865 922227 for advice.

  1. Press and hold the start stop button until the REC symbol in the top left of the display stops flashing and disappears.
  2. Remove the cap and insert the USB into a Windows Computer. This will not work on a Mac*.
  3. Navigate to the logger USB drive.
  4. Double click on the Logger Configuration file which has a blue thermometer icon next to it.
  5. Go to PDF option.
  6. Save the file to your desktop or document folder.
  7. Check temperatures in the PDF file are within range.
  8. Email the saved PDF to: [email protected].
  9. Return the logger in the envelope enclosed with the order or if your order came in a plastic cool box, we will arrange collection of both.

* Please note, this will only work on a Windows computer. If you do not have access to a Windows computer, follow steps 1 and 9 above and we can provide the temperature readings before the product is used. If the veterinary surgeon decides to use the product without having the transit temperatures verified, the responsibility is on the treating veterinary surgeon.
